Congratulations on your upcoming birth!

What an exciting time for you and those around you! As a birth Doula, I accompany women in labour, to help ensure a safe and satisfying birth experience for you and your partner. Being invited to attend a birth is a great honour for me. I believe in providing non-judgemental, positive and nuturing birth support to women and their families at what might be both an exciting and confusing time in their lives. I trust the birth process and believe women should have the oppourtuntity to make informed choices about their care.

I'm a CAPPA Trained Doula

I have completed my training through C.A.P.P.A. but more importantly I'm a mom. I have 5 children and I've had very different experiences with each of my pregnancies and deliveries, including inductions, natural labour/delivery, multiple pregnancy, caesarean section, VBAC, and pregnancy loss. With all of my personal experiences as well as my training I feel that makes me a better Doula.

My Doula Services Include

  • 2 pre-natal visits
  • Creating a unique birth plan
  • Being at your side for the duration of your labour & delivery
  • 24-hour phone or email support
  • Follow-up postpartum visit
  • Hospital or home births
